My experience with Front Row was rather easy and painless, although I didn't have any claim made, I went through their process in detail as I was shooting near ocean storm waves and out the side of a float plane with $100K worth of cinema gear. My insurance for up to I believe $250K was in the $150 range for the week! Being based in Vancouver, I went with them as they have an office here.

I use Front Row Insurance. They are the only company I could find that would insure my gear all over the world. Reasonable rates too. I haven't had to make a claim, but I like the cost ($600 per year for full coverage all over the world, including $2 million in business liability). That's for $50K+ of gear.

My musical instruments and equipment have been insured with Globalex/Front Row Assurance for 10+ years. After a fire completely destroyed the restaurant I was working in, and in which I lost all my substantial gigging set-up, I was able to re-equip myself and get back to work.
